Anderson Residence, Middle Park

Sandwiched between two Edwardian terraces, works to this 90's red brick townhouse in the heart of Middle Park included alterations to its facade, spatial planning and a new palette of materials to simplify and update the interiors. 

​

A new steel and timber canopy and concrete textured finish to the facade marked its presence on the street, whilst contrasting black and white finishes in the renovated kitchen and bathrooms provided timeless simplicity to the interior spaces.

The reconfiguration of the kitchen, laundry areas resulted new found spaces, whilst the upper floor that formerly housed 2 bedrooms and a bathroom was transformed into a full master suite with an ensuite and walk in robe.
